rates for different categories of rentals are listed below, varying based on the rental type.

  • non-profit rehearsal rates apply to rehearsal rentals for non-profit performing arts organizations, and individual artists.

    $20.00/hour

  • these rates apply for specialty rentals beyond a simple rehearsal, where no fees are being charged to participants.

    $30.00/hour

  • these rates apply for specialty rentals beyond a simple rehearsal, where a fee is being charged to participants or the renting organization is for-profit.

    $60.00/hour

  • these rates are for non-ticketed or donation-based showings/open rehearsals. showings/open rehearsal rentals are in 2-hour increments only.

    $150.00/two hours

    package includes: full use of space, racks of chairs, folding table, disposable shoe boots (in case of weather)

  • these rates are for dance/theatre/anything companies and independent artists and the presentation of self-produced, evening-length work in our space.

  • private event rates apply to rentals for functions such as parties, receptions, etc. private events have a required 2 hour minimum.

    $300.00/hour (10% nonprofit discount)

    +$200.00 cleaning & trash fee

  • this rate is for birthday parties. birthday party rentals occur at 3-hour increments only.

    kids arrive (15 minutes)

    dance class (45 minutes)

    cake & birthday presents (25 minutes)

    play time - game, obstacle course (20 minutes)

    guests leave (15 minutes)

    break down & clean up (30 minutes)

add-ons

resources such as tables, chairs, lighting, etc. are available for rentals that fall outside of the listed categories.

  • if your designated rehearsal doesn’t include a rack of chairs in the package, you can add it on to your rental fee.

    $10.00/rack use during rental

  • here at creature space, we have LED lights within the space. if your designated rehearsal doesn’t include them in the package, you can add them onto the rental fee.

    $30.00/hour

  • our production director Marco Sanchez can be on-site for any technical needs or light operation (this may apply most to rentals such as: showings/open rehearsals, performances & private events).

    $25.00/hour

  • a folding table can be added to your rental if not included within the package.

    $10.00/table
