  • non-profit rehearsal rates apply to rehearsal rentals for non-profit performing arts organizations, and individual artists.

    $20.00 per hour for solo rehearsals, creative practices, and nonprofit rehearsals or programs.

    INCLUDES

    • Full access to the 1,170 sq ft studio

    • Basic lighting setup

    • Use of sound system (Bluetooth speakers)

    • Wi-Fi

    • Access to yoga mats, seating, and basic equipment

  • these rates apply for artists or teachers offering free or donation-based* classes or workshops.

    $35.00 per hour for artists or teachers offering free or donation-based* classes or workshops.

    INCLUDES:

    • Full access to the 1,170 sq ft studio

    • Basic lighting setup

    • Use of the sound system (Bluetooth speakers)

    • Wi-Fi

    • Access to yoga mats, seating, and basic equipment

    *Note: your marketing materials must include language that the event is free and/or donation-based to qualify for this rate.

  • these rates apply for specialty rentals beyond a simple rehearsal, where a fee is being charged to participants or the renting organization is for-profit.

    $50.00 per hour for artists or teachers offering for-profit classes or workshops.

    INCLUDES:

    • Full access to the 1,170 sq ft studio

    • Basic lighting setup

    • Use of the sound system (Bluetooth speakers)

    • Wi-Fi

    • Access to yoga mats, seating, and basic equipment

  • RATE: $400.00 TIME: 3 hours

    • 1,000 sq foot dance space with Gerriet's professional sprung floor and marley (20k value) 

    • one on-site support staff member from Creature Space

    • use of tables, chairs, and kitchenette (NO STAINS)

    • support with set-up and clean-up

    • use of disco ball

      one on-site support staff member from Creature Space

  • RATE: $550.00 TIME: 3 hours

    • choice for theme or no theme (example: ballet theme, Kpop theme, modern, creative-movement theme, etc). 

    • experienced dance faculty from our youth programming, The Ephyras Dance Theatre School & a trained student assistant

      • (this will include a 30-45 minute dance class, a section of the class for an engaging obstacle course, as well as fun party music catered to the child and support for use of the space)

    • -1,000 sq foot dance space with Gerriet's professional sprung floor and marley (20k value) 

    • one on-site support staff member from Creature Space

    • use of tables, chairs & kitchenette (food welcome! NO STAINS!)

    • support with set up and clean up

    • use of disco ball
